Dynastic power engineer. She has graduated with honors from the Almaty Institute of Energy and Communications, with the qualification of an engineer-economist. She has almost 20 years of experience in the field of energy supply. She started her career as an engineer of the Electric Energy Sales Service of Almaty Power Consolidated JSC (Almaty Regional Power Grid Company). She gradually passed all the steps up the career ladder from an engineer to a first-level manager. In 2006, during the reform of APC JSC at the legislative level, she started to work in the newly formed power supply company  - AlmatyPowerSale LLP.

She supervises activities on purchase and sale of electrical power. Since September 2017 - the Deputy General Director for sales.

Personal contribution of Antonova O.S. to the development of the country's electric power industry, her professionalism and responsibility have been repeatedly awarded with incentives and awards:

- Certificate of Appreciation of Kazakhstan Power Association (2011),

- Certificate of Appreciation of Samruk-Kazyna JSC (2012),

- Letter of Appreciation of Samruk-Energy JSC (2015),

- Letter of Appreciation of the Head (Akim) of Almaty (2017),

- Certificate of Appreciation of the Ministry of Energy (2017),

- medal «KazEnergy» (2018),

- anniversary medal to 25th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Administration (Akimat) of Almaty proposed her for award (2020).

The following titles were awarded: "Honored Power Engineer of Kazakhstan Power Association" (2016), "Honored Power Engineer of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (2019), "Honored Power Engineer of CIS countries" (2020).
