Public hearing on the application of AlmatyPowerSale LLP will be conducted in Almaty.

In connection with the increase in tariffs for electrical power of energy-producing companies since April 1, 2021 according to the Order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, AlmatyPowerSale LLP, social significant market entity, has submitted the notification on an increase of threshold price for electrical power supply services, applying its right according to the current legislation.

In this regard, the Almaty Department of the Committee on Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the MInistry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan invites for the public hearing on consideration of draft tariff for electrical power supply services of AlmatyPowerSale LLP.

The public hearing will be conducted on June 14, 2021, at 03:00 p.m.

It should be noted that according to paragraph 51 of Appendix 1 of Decree No.16 of the Chief Public Health Officer of Almaty dated 23.04.2021 "On introduction of amendments into Decree No.15 of the Chief Public Health Officer of Almaty dated 02.04.2021", the prohibition for holding entertainment, mass events, family, commemorative events, commemorations, conferences, forums, meetings, exhibitions and other events remains in force.

On the basis of the above and according to the current legislation in the field of price formation in social significant markets, as well as for purposes of preservation of public health, the public hearing will be conducted online:
