BackRegulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (DCRNM) in Almaty and Almaty region
In connection with the increase of threshold rates for electrical power of power producing companies from April 1, 2021, in accordance with Order No.108 of the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2021, AlmatyPowerSale LLP notifies on the referral of the draft threshold price for electrical power for consumers of Almaty and Almaty region, effective from June 1, for approval and expertise to the Departments of the Committee on Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (DCRNM) in Almaty and Almaty region in accordance with the Regulations on price formation in social significant markets, approved by Order No.36 of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 01, 2017, as well as with the Commercial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Draft increased threshold price for electrical power amounts to 19,78 KZT/kWh from 18,25 KZT/kWh, without VAT. This draft threshold rate is not final. Approved threshold rate will be published upon expertise and approval of the DCRNM in Almaty and Almaty region.
