- PA users may submit online applications: change of number of residents; changes of tariff plan; calling inspector of Alatau Zharyk Company JSC (AZC) for inspections or sealing/unsealing the metering device; transferring readings of the metering device or calling the employee of Alatau Zharyk Company JSC (AZC) for taking readings of the metering device; closing the consumer account;
