Since November 2019 AlmatyPowerSale LLP will return to the average threshold tariff, approved on 01.05.2018 by Departments of the Committee on Regulation of Natural Monopolies of MNE RK in Almaty and Almaty region.

Return to previously approved average threshold tariff is related to change of threshold tariffs of energy generating companies RK since 01.11.2019 (suppliers of AlmatyPowerSales LLP) as per Order No.323 of the Ministry of Energy RK dated 02.10.2019:

• Almaty Power Stations JSC – 4%,
• Station Ekibastuz GRES-2 JSC – 6%,
• Moynak HPP JSC – 68%.

The following tariffs will be valid for consumers of Almaty and Almaty region since 01.11.2019:

average tariff or economically justified tariff - 18,32 tenge per 1kWh, including VAT:

for consumers (individuals), not using tariff differentiation depending on consumption rate for each permanent resident in apartment / house;

for consumers, using electrical power for non-domestic needs;

for legal entities funded from the state budget.

differentiated tariff (tariff differentiation depending on consumption rate for each permanent resident in apartment / house is stipulated for consumers (individuals), using electric power for domestic needs):

1 level tariff - 17,00 tenge per 1 kWh, including VAT,

2 level tariff - 21,99 tenge per 1 kWh, including VAT,

3 level tariff - 27,48 tenge per 1 kWh, including VAT.
