He studied in the Kazakh State University on the faculty of mechanics and applied mathematics since 1991. In 1995 he graduated from Kazakh State Administration Academy with specialty “Finance and credit”.

In 1999 he studied in US “Securities and Exchange Commission”, USA, Washington. He commenced work in 1995 in “Kazakh joint-stock agricultural bank” PLC.

1996-2000 – worked in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), in the capacity of a broker of the Department of Trading organization, in the capacity of the Head of Listing Department, and the Head of the Department of Strategy and Coordination.

2000-2002 – “Almaty Real Estate” CJSC, Vice-President, President. 2002-2011 - Real Estate Consult LLP, General Director. 2011-2012 – MSB LLP, Adviser, General Director.

Since 2014 – National Chamber of Entrepreneurs “Atameken” in Almaty, the Head of the Department for economic analysis, assessment of competitive ability and investment attractiveness of business.

Since 06.2016 – the Deputy General Director for corporate development of AlmatyEnergoSbyt LLP.
