By the decision of the meeting of the supervisory board of «AlmatyEnergySbyt» LLP dated August 31, 2021, Kuderin Esbol Alimbekovich was appointed Compliance Officer of «AlmatyEnergySbyt» LLP.

The compliance officer of «AlmatyEnergySbyt» LLP (hereinafter referred to as the Partnership) carries out its activities for the purposes of:

- ensuring compliance with mandatory regulatory requirements and best international practices, including on anti-corruption issues;

-formation of the internal corporate culture of the Partnership, which ensures transparency, honesty among all employees and creates conditions for doing business in accordance with the best international standards, internal policies and legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The compliance officer, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in his activities is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Charter, the Collective Agreement, the Code of Conduct, the Code of Corporate Governance, the Regulations of the Compliance Officer of «AlmatyEnergySbyt» LLP and other internal documents of the Partnership. The Compliance Officer is a structural unit of the Partnership, organizationally subordinate and functionally accountable to the Supervisory Board. Supervision of the activities of the Compliance Officer is carried out directly by the Supervisory Board and the Compliance Service of Samruk-Energy JSC.

You can report any violations of the Code of Conduct, including facts of corruption, discrimination, unethical behavior and other violations to the hotline. Appeals can be submitted by all persons in Russian, Kazakh and English.
