Consulting of employees, parties of employment disputes, conflict, and provision of support in development of mutually acceptable and reasonable solution as per the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including confidentiality provisions, as required;- Support in solution of problematic social and labor issues of employees of the Fund and companies, as well as compliance with principles of business conduct of the Fund and companies by employees;
- Development of recommendations for persons involved into a dispute, conflict or problematic situation in relation to settlement of conflicts (disputes);
- Consulting officials of the Fund and companies on settlement and avoidance of conflicts (disputes) of systematic, legal and organizational nature, as well as related to issues of compliance with business conduct principles;
- Submission of identified issues of systematic nature, and requiring relevant solutions (complex measures), reasonable proposals for solution, to consideration of the relevant bodies and officials of the Fund and/or companies.
- Introducing offers for improvement of internal regulatory documents of the Fund within his competence;
- Adoption of other measures of recommendation nature, including those aimed at recovery of violated rights and legal interests.
